VPC Fiberglass applies resilient, reliable, and cost-effective industrial coatings to meet an extensive range of functional and application needs. Regardless of the industry, our experienced team uses custom engineering and problem-solving capabilities to serve our customer’s needs ranging from research and development, to prototypes, high volume production, inventory control or post assembly and packaging requirements.

The on-time production needs of our industrial customers are met in our facility which is ideally suited for mass production or custom size processing using automatic, manual spray, dip, ultrasonic and other systems. We provide complete lab facilities and in-house tooling capabilities.

VPC is also able to repair and restore fiberglass products both on-site in the field, and at our Medina, NY facility. We have repaired tanks on site for food processing plants, power plants, industrial film processing plants, and waste water treatment plants.

We repair lift baskets and booms that suffer from nicks and cracks, or even lack a protective gel-coat due to wear and tear over the years. As experienced fabricators and manufacturers of hundreds of quality fiberglass products, you can rest assured that repairs will be carried out by a thorough, experienced staff. We recommend that repairs are completed at our facility, however, we also understand the need for, and provide, on-site fabricators as well. Our repair specialists are OSHA and confined space entry certified.

OEM Manufacturing allows you to realize your own product ideas while leveraging VPC Fiberglass as the manufacturer implementing your designs. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer, our production line is set up to create products to your specifications while benefiting from our manufacturing capacities.

In OEM contracts, our clients typically commission VPC to manufacture product components, parts, or a subsystem according to the agreed-upon design specifications, rather than full products. These product components are then delivered to the client for assembly or one of the OEM parts suppliers also takes over the final assembly.
