This insulated fiberglass shelter was designed and manufactured by VPC Fiberglass for the City of Rome Water Resource Recovery Facility Improvements Project. Engineered for durability, weather resistance, and long-term performance, this building provides secure housing for pumps, motors, and related wastewater equipment.
Measuring 15′-9″ L x 12′ W x 8′-0″ H, the shelter features a removable roof hatch—an innovation that allows pumps and motors to be craned directly into or out of the building without dismantling the entire structure. This design maintains the monolithic integrity of the composite enclosure while still ensuring efficient maintenance access.
